On a power pack running continuously — a breaker on a demolition day, a post driver on a fence line, a saw on a cutting job — oil temperature climbs until the pump starts cavitating and the machine has to be shut down to cool. This factory cooler kit is the fix.
It adds an oil cooler to the hydraulic circuit on the HBHS600GXE, HBHS610GXE and HBHS620GXE skid-mount power packs, pulling heat out of the return line before the oil goes back to the reservoir. The result is a machine that runs all day instead of working in cycles, and hydraulic oil and seals that last considerably longer.
This is a Brave factory kit designed for these three models specifically — the brackets, fittings and lines are made to fit the existing frame, so it bolts on without fabrication.
