We’re Here When You Need Us
A centrifugal trash pump needs a flooded suction and a steady supply. Put it on a trench that is nearly dry, or a sump that keeps running out, and it loses prime and stops. A diaphragm pump does not have that problem — it is a positive-displacement pump, it will run dry without damage, and it keeps pumping the last few inches of muck long after a trash pump has quit.
That is the whole reason this machine exists. Trench dewatering, wellpoint work, sludge, slurry, pits and sumps that seep rather than flow — the jobs where the water is thick, intermittent, and full of solids.
It moves 89 GPM through 3-inch NPT ports and passes solids up to 1-5/8 inches — larger than most 3-inch trash pumps handle. Total head lift is 25 feet at 11 PSI, which is the honest trade: a diaphragm pump buys you dry-running and big solids, not height. The body is sand-cast aluminum and a wheel kit is included, which on a 175 lb machine is not optional in practice.
