This is the mid-size skid-mount unit — a single-cylinder Honda GX390 instead of a V-twin, a 9.7 gallon reservoir instead of 19.2, and a footprint of 44 x 24.5 inches that fits on a small trailer or in the bed of a pickup. It delivers 2,000 PSI at 7 GPM, which runs most cylinders, augers, lifts and hydraulic motors without complaint.
The reason to choose this over the big GX630 units is straightforward: if your implement does not need 14 GPM or 19 gallons of oil, you are buying weight and fuel burn you will never use. At 260 pounds this one is far easier to move around a site and a good deal cheaper to run.
Electric start means no rope-pulling a 389cc engine at the start of every cycle. A sight gauge covers oil volume and temperature, a filter indication gauge covers service timing, and the skid bolts down to a trailer or the application with forklift access for repositioning.
