We’re Here When You Need Us
The OMGA RADIAL series are the heavy end of OMGA's radial arm saw line — 7 HP machines on a cast iron arm, built for furniture manufacturers, frame makers, sawmills and carpentry shops that need one machine to do many jobs well rather than one job quickly.
What makes them versatile is that the head swivels and tilts on both the horizontal and vertical axes. That means compound angles, edge work and rip cuts all come off the same machine without a second setup. Both models carry positive stops for bevel from 0 to 45° and mitre at 45-0-45, take a 1 1/2" dado, and turn at 3,200 RPM on a 1" arbor bore.
The RADIAL 900/7 runs an 18" blade with 35 1/2" of cross cut and 43 5/16" of rip. The RADIAL 1250/7 steps up to a 20" blade with 49 7/32" cross cut and 59" rip — wide enough to break down full sheets and long stock in one pass. OMGA machines are built in Italy by DIERREGI S.r.l. and supported from OMGA Industries in South Bend, Indiana.
Three-phase power required. Both models are available in 230V or 460V three phase only — there is no single-phase version and no 208V option on this series. Select your model and voltage above before ordering; the machine is built to the voltage you choose and it cannot be changed afterward. If your shop is on single-phase service you will need a phase converter to run one of these saws.
Key Features & Benefits
- Cast Iron Arm – the arm is the machine on a radial saw, and cast iron is why these hold a line that a fabricated arm will not
- Swivel and Tilt on Both Axes – horizontal and vertical, so compound angles and edge work come off one setup
- 7 HP Motor – sized for full-depth cuts in hardwood, all day
- Positive Stops – bevel 0–45°, mitre 45-0-45 on both models
- 1 1/2" Dado Capacity – grooving and housing work without a second machine
- Two Reaches – 35 1/2" cross cut on the 900/7, or 49 7/32" on the 1250/7 for sheet-width work
- Automatic Head Feed Available – a factory option on both models for repetitive production cuts
- Built in Italy – manufactured by DIERREGI S.r.l. under the OMGA brand, sold and serviced in North America from South Bend, Indiana

A note on the 1250/7 figures marked "confirmed at order": the manufacturer's published data sheet for the 1250/7 currently repeats the 900/7's dimensions, which cannot be right for a larger machine. Rather than print numbers we cannot stand behind, we confirm those dimensions with OMGA in writing before your order is placed. Blade size, motor, cross cut and rip capacity above are the manufacturer's own stated figures for the 1250/7.
