We’re Here When You Need Us
The RAS series is the largest radial arm saw OMGA builds — bigger tables, more reach and more power than the RADIAL series, on the same cast iron arm. Where the RADIAL 900/7 gives you 35 1/2" of cross cut, the RAS 1250 gives you 44", on a table nearly eight feet wide.
Like the rest of the line, the head swivels and tilts on both the horizontal and vertical axes, so compound angles, edge work and rip cuts all come off one setup. Both models carry positive bevel stops from 0 to 45° and mitre stops at 45-0-45. The arbor turns at 3,400 RPM — faster than the RADIAL and RN series — driven by a 7.5 HP motor.
The RAS 900 runs an 18" blade, cutting 32 1/4" across and ripping 45", on a 77" × 50" table. The RAS 1250 steps up to a 20" blade, 44" of cross cut and 56" of rip on a 94" × 62" table, and takes a deeper cut at 6 3/4". Both are floor-standing machines that need real space around them.
Three-phase power required. Available in 230V, 460V or 480V three phase — there is no single-phase version. Select your model and voltage above before ordering; the machine is built to the voltage you choose and it cannot be changed afterward. If your shop is on single-phase service you will need a phase converter to run one of these saws.
Key Features & Benefits
- Cast Iron Arm – the arm is what holds the cut square, and cast iron is why these do it over years rather than months
- 7.5 HP at 3,400 RPM – the most powerful and fastest-turning radial arm saw OMGA makes
- Up to 44" Cross Cut, 56" Rip – the RAS 1250 breaks down full sheet stock in one pass
- Swivel and Tilt on Both Axes – compound angles and edge work without a second machine
- Large Integrated Tables – 77" × 50" on the 900, 94" × 62" on the 1250, so stock is supported before and after the cut
- Positive Stops – bevel 0–45°, mitre 45-0-45
- 480V Option – this series is the only OMGA line offering 480V alongside 230V and 460V
- Built in Italy – manufactured by DIERREGI S.r.l. under the OMGA brand, sold and serviced from South Bend, Indiana

- One OMGA RAS radial arm saw in the model and voltage selected above
- Machine only. A saw blade is not listed as included — contact us before you order if you need one supplied
Operation Video
OMGA have not filmed the RAS series on its own. The video shows the RADIAL 900/7 — the same cast iron arm and eight-bearing carriage, one size down. The RAS runs a bigger blade, a bigger table and a faster arbor, but the machine works the same way.
Shipping
At 907 to 1,012 lbs, and 96" crated on the RAS 1250, these ship by freight from OMGA in South Bend, Indiana and need a forklift or a loading dock at delivery. Freight is quoted separately once we have your complete delivery address — we confirm the exact delivered price with you in writing before anything is charged.
