We’re Here When You Need Us
This is a rock extractor, not a rock bucket. The difference matters and you will see it described wrong elsewhere. A rock bucket is a basket with tines that sifts soil and rock together and separates them as you lift. The Rock Devil does the opposite job: it goes after one buried rock at a time, hooks under it, and levers it up out of the ground — leaving the field around it essentially intact.
That is the whole reason it exists. If you are clearing a field that is already broken up, a rock bucket is right. If you have a hay field, a pasture, a lawn or a standing crop and there is a rock in it that keeps finding your equipment, tearing the ground up to get at it is the expensive part. This pulls the rock and leaves the sod.
The working end is a 1 in. thick steel hook backed by 1 in. thick steel digging teeth, reinforced with half-inch steel gusset plates — because prying is the hardest thing you can ask of a steel attachment, and the loads go into the frame, not just the tooth. Cylinder is a 3 in. bore x 8 in. stroke at 3,500 PSI, with flat-face couplers and hoses included.

Honest note on the published figures. Three different weights circulate for this attachment — 500 lbs, 310 lbs and 600 lbs — and two different dimension sets. We publish the manufacturer's own specification sheet: 500 lbs and 49 x 41 x 54 in. If you are planning a lift or a trailer load to the pound, ask us and we will confirm in writing before you order. Tooth count, working width and required GPM are not published by the manufacturer and we will not estimate them.
