The Baileigh BG-260S is a three-wheel, single-speed belt grinder for metal shops that deburr parts, chamfer weld edges and clean up castings. It runs a 2 x 60 in. abrasive belt at 8,000 FPM from a 1.5 HP motor on 115V single-phase power.
The belt rides on three 7 in. diameter by 2 in. wide wheels, with a rubber-coated aluminum contact wheel. The platen, table and base are cast iron, and a 2 in. dust port connects to a collector.
