What power does it need?

3-phase power. This is the 230 V model (TS050-230); JET's manual lists it as 220 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz. Protect the circuit at 120% or more of the nameplate full-load amps; fuses must be time-delay type D.

Is a pendant included?

Yes, a 2-button wired pendant. To run the hoist with a JET MT050 trolley you need the 4-button TS+MT pendant, sold separately.
