JET JIW-45T 45-Ton Hydraulic Ironworker, 1.5 HP, 115V 1Ph
The JET JIW-45T is a 45-ton hydraulic ironworker that runs on standard 115V single-phase power. A 1.5 HP motor drives a 2,800 PSI hydraulic pump for the punch and shear stations.
The punch station puts a 1-inch hole through 1/2-inch mild steel with a 1-1/2 inch stroke and 5-3/4 inch throat. The flat bar shear cuts 1/4 x 8 inch or 3/8 x 4 inch mild steel, the angle shear cuts 3 x 3 x 1/4 inch angle, and the rod shear has seven stations for rounds to 3/4 inch and square to 5/8 inch.
Foot Pedal Control
Separate foot pedals extend and retract the cylinder, keeping both hands free to position the work. An emergency stop and a keyed power switch are on the machine.

The punch and die holder station is installed; punch and die sets are sold separately.
