Baileigh BS-250M 8.66-Inch Variable-Speed Swivel Head Mitering Horizontal Band Saw, 110V
The BS-250M is a gear-drive horizontal band saw with a swivel head that miters from 0 to 60 degrees. It runs from 110V single-phase input power and cuts 8.66 in. round, 8.46 in. square or 10.25 x 4.25 in. rectangular stock at 90 degrees.
Blade speed is variable from 66 to 280 FPM on a 1 x 0.035 x 96.85 in. blade riding in carbide and roller guides. Head descent is hydraulic, and a built-in pump recirculates coolant to the blade.
Two Ways to Clamp
The vise hand wheel opens and closes the jaws for different sizes, and a vise lever clamps and releases quickly for repeat pieces.
Repeat Cuts Without Measuring
The stop rod assembly sets the length for duplicate parts, and a micro switch shuts the saw off when each cut is finished.
