The BSV-12VS-V2 is a 12-inch vertical band saw for metal, plastic and wood. It has a 12.2 in. throat and 6.875 in. cutting height, with a 1 HP drive motor run through an inverter from a 110V single-phase supply.
Blade speed is variable from 100 to 1000 FPM, and the saw takes blades 0.118 to 0.51 in. wide and 93.3 to 98.03 in. long. The 15.94 x 19.68 in. table tilts 15° left and 45° right.
Built-In Blade Welder
A 1.2 KVA butt welder with its own grinder lets you join and repair blades from 0.118 to 0.625 in. wide right at the saw.
Speed Display, Air Blowdown and Work Light
A blade speed readout helps set the right speed, an air blowdown clears chips from the cut, and an LED light illuminates the work area.
