Baileigh CS-275SA 11-Inch Semi-Automatic Cold Saw with Pneumatic Vise, 3 HP 220V 3-Phase
The CS-275SA is a semi-automatic pivot-head cold saw for pipe, tube, extrusions and solid stock. A 3 HP motor on 220V, 3-phase, 60 Hz power drives an 11 in. blade at 60 or 120 RPM.
It cuts round tube up to 2.75 in. at 90 degrees, and the head miters 45 degrees left and right with slotting in both directions. The pneumatic vise and feed need an 80-100 psi air supply.
Semi-Automatic Cycle
One press of the footswitch clamps the part, starts the blade and coolant, lowers the head through the cut on an air-over-hydraulic cylinder, then retracts and releases the part.
Manual Mode Too
The saw can also be run in manual mode when a job calls for hand control of the head.

How does the semi-automatic cycle work?
