OMGA TR 2B I INT Compound Double Mitre Saw

The TR 2B I INT is OMGA's compound double mitre saw: one fixed head on the left and one movable head on the right, riding on precision ball bushings. Its brochure says the heads tilt towards the inside for cutting door jambs without chipping on the good side.

Positive stops for the main angles are standard on both heads (self-centering at 90°, 45° right and 45° left, with manual locking at intermediate angles), and one pneumatic vertical clamp on each head holds the workpiece. Heads cycle together or one at a time; an automatic alternate cycle with a pneumatic carriage between the heads is optional.

Versions

INT VIS: right head positioned by hand wheel, length on a digital read-out with constants. INT NC: automatic positioning through numerical control (7 in. touch screen) with RS 232 and USB ports.

Three phase, 230V or 460V on our store; pneumatic clamps need a compressed air supply.

OMGA's data sheet lists 370 mm (15 in.) blades, while its product description calls it a 14 in. compound double mitre saw. Ask us and we confirm the blade size with OMGA for your order.
