The Baileigh HPB-78NC is a 78-ton horizontal hydraulic press brake for production bending, shearing, punching and straightening. It runs on 220V three-phase, 60 Hz power with a 7.5 HP motor.
The ram has a 13.78 in. stroke with +/-.002 in. stroke accuracy, a working speed of .43 in./sec and a return speed of .55 in./sec. The machined table sits at 37.4 in., and bends go up to 135 degrees with unlimited bending length.
Programmable NC Control
The controller stores 50 programs of up to 10 steps each, using electronic encoders for repeatable bends.
Manual Back Gauge
A manual back gauge bolted to the machine helps position parts the same way every time.
