Baileigh SF-5216E 52-Inch Manual Foot Stomp Shear, 16-Gauge Mild Steel Capacity
The Baileigh SF-5216E is a foot-operated sheet metal shear with a 52 in. maximum shear length. It needs no electrical power: stepping on the pedal lowers the hold-downs and then the top blade, leaving both hands free to guide the sheet.
It cuts up to 16 ga. mild steel or 20 ga. stainless steel and down to 24 ga. material. It has a 20 in. front gate and a 33 in. back gate, and the shipping weight is 1,199 lb.
Hold-Down and Spring Return
A spring-loaded hold-down with a clear safety shield clamps the sheet before the cut, and dual return springs lift the top blade afterward.
Gauging for Repeat Cuts
A graduated squaring guide keeps the sheet square, a back gauge stop with micro-adjusters sets repeat lengths, and a miter guide handles angled cuts on smaller stock.
