The Baileigh SH-5210-HD is a heavy-duty hydraulic shear with a 52 in. maximum shear length. It cuts up to 10 ga. mild steel or 13 ga. stainless steel and runs a 7.5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power.
Stroke rate is 35 to 47 per minute, minimum material is 24 ga., and the hydraulic system holds 28 gal. The front gate is 39.37 in. and the back gate is 23.62 in.
Hydraulic Hold-Downs
Eight hydraulic hold-down cylinders run along the blade to clamp the sheet before each cut.
Adjustable Rake and Blade Gap
Blade angle is adjustable from 1/2 to 2 degrees with pushbuttons, and blade clearance is set with a manual lever.

What power does the SH-5210-HD need?
220V, three phase, 60Hz. The 7.5 HP motor draws 20 amps. The customer supplies the power cord.
How is it different from the standard SH-5210?
It adds eight hydraulic hold-downs, an adjustable rake angle (1/2 to 2 degrees), a blade-clearance lever, a 39.37 in. front gate and a 35-47 stroke-per-minute range.
What is included?
The manual back gauge, squaring arm with scale and stop, front support arm with stop, foot pedal pedestal with E-stop, 4 leveling pads and a toolbox.
What is the warranty?
