The Baileigh SH-8010-HD is a heavy-duty hydraulic shear with an 80 in. maximum shear length. It cuts up to 10 ga. mild steel or 13 ga. stainless steel and is driven by a 7.5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power.
It runs at 32 to 44 strokes per minute. The front gate is 39.37 in., the back gate is 23.62 in., and the hydraulic system holds 35 gal. It ships complete in one crate.
12 Hydraulic Hold-Downs
Twelve hydraulic hold-down cylinders with rubber pads clamp the sheet across the full 80 in. length.
Variable Rake and Shadow Line
The blade angle adjusts from 1/2 to 2 degrees with pushbuttons, and a 4 ft fluorescent lamp casts a shadow line for lining up the cut.

220V, three phase, 60Hz, for the 7.5 HP motor. The manual describes wiring the three power leads to the R, S and T terminals, with the ground to E.
