The RDB-050 is a hand-operated rotary draw bender that needs no electrical supply. It bends up to 2-1/2 in. OD x .120 in. wall mild steel or aluminum tube and 2 in. OD x .120 in. wall chromoly or stainless tube.
Centerline radius runs from 3 in. to 7 in. with a 3/4 in. minimum OD. It produces 180-degree bends and reaches 200 degrees by continuing to ratchet, and it ships at 300 lb.
Three Speeds
A speed/leverage pin selects the bending speed: the slower settings give more leverage for heavier material.

Does the RDB-050 need electricity?
No. It is operated by hand with a ratcheting pull handle, so no power supply is required.
What size tube can it bend?
2-1/2 in. OD x .120 in. wall mild steel or aluminum, 2 in. OD x .120 in. wall chromoly or stainless, 1 in. x .125 in. square tube and 1 in. solid rod.
How far can it bend in one setup?
It makes 180-degree bends, and up to 200 degrees by continuing to pull and release the ratchet.
Are dies included?
The manual explains that a die set marked for the tube size is needed (for example, 1-1/2 in. tube requires a 1-1/2 in. tube die set). Dies are not listed among the items shipped with the machine.
What is the warranty?
