The RDB-500 is a hydraulic rotary draw bender sized for large pipe and tube: 3 in. Schedule 40 mild steel or aluminum pipe and up to 3-1/2 in. OD aluminum, stainless or chromoly tube. A 5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power drives the hydraulic system.
Centerline radius runs from 1/2 in. to 20 in. depending on material and wall. It bends in one continuous pass without stopping to ratchet, and ships at 1,800 lb.
Digital Auto-Stop
Set the bend angle on the digital control and the machine stops there, so repeat parts come out the same.
Variable-Speed Foot Pedal
The operator controls bend speed with a foot pedal, leaving both hands free to support long material.

What power does the RDB-500 need?
220V AC, three-phase, 60 Hz. The 5 HP motor draws 13.5 A. The manual asks for a certified electrician and a direct three-phase supply.
What is its pipe and tube capacity?
3 in. Schedule 40 mild steel or aluminum pipe, 2-1/2 in. Schedule 40 stainless pipe, 3 in. OD x .25 in. mild steel tube, and up to 3-1/2 in. OD aluminum, stainless or chromoly tube.
Do I need to buy dies?
Rotary draw bending needs a die set matched to each material size and radius. Dies are not listed among the items shipped with the machine, so plan on die sets for the sizes you bend.
How heavy is it to ship?
