Brave HBHS800GXE Hi-Pressure Hydraulic Power Pack — 5,100 PSI, Honda GX800 Electric Start

This is the big one. The Brave HBHS800GXE puts out 5,100 PSI at 6 GPM from a Honda GX800 V-twin — enough to run knuckle boom loaders, material handling cranes, conveyors, augers and lifts without a tractor or a truck PTO tied up doing it. For anyone running hydraulic equipment on a barge, a remote site or a trailer where there is no power and no air, this is the unit that makes the work possible.

The pump is a pressure-compensated piston pump, not a gear pump — it only delivers the flow the tool is actually asking for, which is why it can sit at high pressure without cooking the oil. Backing that up is a 12 VDC oil cooler with a 145°F temperature switch and relay harness, so the system regulates its own temperature through a long day at pressure.

Everything the operator needs to read is on the unit: a sight gauge for oil volume and temperature, and a filter indication gauge that tells you when the filter actually needs changing instead of guessing by the calendar. It mounts on a skid that bolts securely to a barge or trailer, and forklift pockets mean it moves without a crane. It can be plumbed open-centre or closed-centre.
