The Dosko 337-13HC is the gate-width machine. It is built narrow enough to fit through walkways, side paths and standard back-yard gates, which is the single thing that decides whether a residential stump job is a one-machine visit or a hand-dig. At 300 pounds it is also light enough for one person to load and unload without a ramp winch.
A 13 HP Honda GX390 drives the 14-inch cutter wheel through a direct belt drive, cutting 20 inches above grade and 16 inches below. A cyclone air cleaner keeps the engine breathing in the dust that stump grinding throws, and an oil shutdown sensor protects it if the machine is run low or worked on a slope.
Greenteeth 700 Series teeth are standard. The concave dish edge shears the wood rather than shredding it, which is easier on the engine and faster through the stump, and each tooth indexes through three positions before it needs replacing.
