OMGA V 235 Vertical Double Mitre Saw
OMGA calls the V 235 its last-generation vertical double mitre saw and the result of 30 years of experience in the field. It carries OMGA's patented devices, such as the ProfilBlock clamping system and the patented scaled tables, and OMGA lists it for picture frame, cabinet and millwork shops.
Per the brochure the saw blades are fixed at 90° for cutting wood, plastic and aluminum. Two vertical clamps are integrated with the cutting cycle; their sectioned fingers adapt to any profile without adjustment, and the double clamping action (top and sideways) holds the piece during the cut. A diagrammed table gives direct measuring and a pneumatic length stop repeats the cut.
Power and air
Three phase, 208V, 230V or 460V on our store. The brochure lists a 6–7 bar air supply.
Automation
OMGA says the V 235 suits connection to the OMGA Stop for higher levels of automation.
