OMGA TR 2B Double Mitre Saw
The TR 2B is a 14 in. double mitre saw with a fixed left head and a movable right head, each with positive mitring stops at +45°, -45° and 90°. Per OMGA's brochure the angle positions lock by self-centering, with manual locking at intermediate angles.
An electro-pneumatic system selects simultaneous cycling of both blades, an alternate cycle for very short pieces at 45°, or single-head cycling. Two pneumatic vertical clamps are standard, and each main motor has overload protection.
Versions
Standard: right head positioned by hand wheel and read on a ruler. VIS: electronic digital read-out. NC: automatic positioning from a 7 in. touch-screen numerical control with constants to compensate width for angle cutting, and RS 232, USB and RJ45 ports.
Power and air
Three phase, 230V or 460V on our store; the clamps and cycles are pneumatic, so a compressed air supply is needed.
