Axiom Precision AR25 Elite CNC Router, 60 x 60 in., 3 HP Servo-Driven, 220V 1Ph
The Axiom Precision AR25 Elite (model AR25-Elite, stock number AX1-21) is a large-format, servo-driven CNC router with 60 in. of X and Y travel and 9 in. of Z travel (11 in. max). A 3 HP (2.2 kW) liquid-cooled ER20 electro spindle runs from 0 to 24,000 RPM on 220V single-phase power.
Precision ball screws and precision linear guide rails on all three axes, driven by servo motors, give a rated accuracy of +/-0.00197 in., with a rapid feed rate of 320 in. per minute. Axiom lists wood, plastic, foam and aluminum among the materials it handles.
Servo Motors, Closed-Loop Control
The Elite Series uses servo motors rather than steppers, with closed-loop feedback for higher torque and more consistent positioning.
Welded Steel Base, Built-In Stand
The machine sits on a welded structural steel frame with its own stand and built-in tool storage, and an integrated liquid cooling system serves the spindle.
