The Baileigh BB-12014H is a hydraulic box and pan brake that bends up to 14 gauge mild steel or 18 gauge stainless steel across a 120 in. (10 ft) bend length. A 3 hp, 220V 3-phase hydraulic system handles clamping and bending.

It comes with 26 removable fingers for boxes and pans up to 6 in. deep, bends from 0 to 135°, and has a 1/2 in. (12.7 mm) minimum reverse bend. Shipping weight is 5,830 lb.

Inch or Auto Bending

Jog the bending leaf in inch mode, or choose auto mode for a full bending cycle from the joystick, while foot switches raise and lower the clamp beam.

Repeat Parts Without Re-Marking

An adjustable stop gauge and a manual back gauge let you repeat the same bend dimension across a run of parts.
