The Baileigh BB-14418 is a manual box and pan (finger) brake with a 144 in. (12 ft) working width. It bends up to 18 gauge mild steel or 22 gauge stainless steel and is operated by hand, with no electricity required.

It comes with 31 interchangeable fingers for boxes and pans up to 6 in. deep, bends from 0 to 135°, and has a 5/8 in. (0.625 in.) minimum reverse bend. The machine weighs 5,390 lb.

Rigid Frame

An electro-welded steel frame is built to resist twisting under heavy loads across the full 12 ft length.

Easier Full-Length Bends

Two large counterweights help reduce operator effort when bending at full width.
