Baileigh BB-4814 48-Inch Manual Box and Pan Brake, 14-Gauge Mild Steel, 4 in. Box Depth
The Baileigh BB-4814 is a hand-operated box and pan brake with a 48 in. bending length. It bends up to 14 gauge mild steel or 18 gauge stainless steel and needs no electrical power.
Bends range from 0 to 135 degrees, with a 4 in. maximum box depth, 1 in. of beam adjustment and a 0.625 in. minimum reverse bend. The shipping weight is 1,276 lb.
Nine Removable Fingers
The finger set is six 3 in. fingers, two 4 in. fingers and one 25 in. finger, for boxes and pans of different sizes.
Twin Counterweights
Two counterweight assemblies on the apron help lift and lower it, which reduces fatigue on repeated bends.
