The Baileigh BB-7210H is a hydraulic box and pan brake that bends up to 10 gauge mild steel or 12 gauge stainless steel across a 72 in. (6 ft) bend length. A 5 hp, 220V 3-phase hydraulic system handles clamping and bending.
It comes with 17 removable fingers for boxes and pans up to 6 in. deep, bends from 0 to 135°, and has a 0.984 in. (25 mm) minimum reverse bend. Shipping weight is 5,280 lb.
Inch or Auto Bending
Jog the bending leaf in inch mode, or use auto mode to bend to the preset angle, where a bend angle micro switch stops the leaf.
Repeat Parts Without Re-Marking
An adjustable stop gauge and a manual back gauge let you repeat the same bend dimension across a run of parts.
