Baileigh BB-9612 96-Inch Manual Box and Pan Brake, 12-Gauge Mild Steel

The BB-9612 is a hand-operated box and pan (finger) brake with a 96 in. bending length. It is rated for 12 ga. mild steel and 16 ga. stainless steel and needs no electrical power.

Bends run from 0 to 135°, boxes and pans can be formed up to 6 in. deep, and the minimum reverse bend is 0.625 in. Twenty-two removable fingers in four widths let you set up the upper beam for the part you are forming.

Counterweighted Apron

Two counterweight assemblies balance the bending apron to reduce the effort needed for each bend.

Welded Steel Construction

The brake body is welded steel and stands on two welded steel floor supports.
