The Baileigh BG-260-3-110 is a three-wheel, variable-speed belt grinder for grinding, deburring and finishing metal parts. A 1.5 HP motor on 110V single-phase power runs a 2 x 60 in. belt from 800 to 8,000 FPM.
A variable-frequency drive adjusts the belt speed with up and down keys on the control pad, so it can be matched to the material and the job. The structure is solid cast aluminum with a 7 in. contact wheel.
