The BS-20SA-DM is a semi-automatic dual-miter horizontal band saw that cuts round stock up to 13 in. and rectangular stock up to 13 in. x 18.1 in. at 90 degrees. It runs on 220V, 60Hz three-phase power with a 3 HP main motor.

Clamping, feed and head return are hydraulic, served by a 5.3 gal hydraulic oil reservoir. The swivel head miters 0 to 45 degrees left and 0 to 60 degrees right, and the 1.33 in. wide blade runs at a variable 82 to 285 FPM.

Semi-Automatic Cycle

Hydraulic clamping, feed and return cut down on operator effort for repeated cuts.

Dual Miter Capacity

Even at 45 degrees left or right the saw still takes 12 in. round or 13 in. x 10.6 in. rectangular stock.
