The BS-350M is a gear-driven horizontal band saw with a swivel head that miters from 0 to 60 degrees right and 0 to 45 degrees left. At 90 degrees it cuts round stock up to 10.43 in. and rectangular stock up to 13.5 in. x 8.5 in., running on 220V, 60Hz single-phase input power.

A 2 HP (1.5 kW) motor drives a 1 in. x .035 in. x 124.5 in. blade at a variable 66 to 280 FPM. A hydraulic cylinder controls how fast the saw bow drops, and the head is returned manually.

Gear Drive

Power reaches the blade through a gear drive rather than belts and pulleys.

Miters Right and Left

The head swivels to 60 degrees right and 45 degrees left, so angle cuts can be made in either direction without turning the stock.
