The CS-C425SA is a semi-automatic cold saw with a vertical column head for cutting structural steel, pipe and tube. A 5 HP main motor runs on 220V, 3-phase power, and a separate 2 HP hydraulic pump powers the head feed and vise.
With the standard 350 mm blade it cuts round tube up to 4.92 in. (125 mm) and round solid up to 2.75 in. (70 mm) at 90 degrees. The saw accepts HSS blades from 250 mm to 425 mm on a 32 mm bore.
Column Head Design
The head travels on a vertical column with slideway tracks, which keeps the blade steady through heavy cuts.
Hydraulic Clamping
A hydraulic vise holds the work, and a metered stop rod sets repeat lengths for production runs.
