The EW-45 is a manual English wheel with a 45 in. throat for shaping large panels and compound curves. It is rated for 16 gauge mild steel and 14 gauge aluminum.
It ships with four 6 x 2.75 in. upper wheels and ten lower anvils with different crowns, all running on sealed bearings. Three sets of fender groove shaping wheels and tooling storage brackets are also included.
Swivel Head
The head swivels so material can be fed straight into the throat or at 90 degrees to it.
Welded Box-Tube Frame
The frame is fully welded box tubing, built to keep flex down at full capacity.
