Baileigh HB-9616 96-Inch Manual Straight Sheet Metal Brake, 16-Gauge Mild Steel
The Baileigh HB-9616 is a hand-operated straight brake with a 96 in. bend length for full-size sheets in HVAC and fabrication shops. It needs no electrical power and stands on two welded steel supports.
It bends 16 ga. mild steel or 20 ga. stainless steel across the full 8 ft, from 0 to 135 degrees, with a 6 in. box depth. Two adjustable counterweight assemblies balance the bending leaf, and the shipping weight is 2,640 lb.
