The Baileigh HSP-110M-HD is a motorized H-frame hydraulic press rated at 110 tons (100 metric tons) for pressing, bending and straightening work. A 7.5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power drives the hydraulic system.
The table is 42.12 in. wide and the ram has an 11.8 in. stroke with a maximum system pressure of 3,814 psi. The ram advances at 0.35 in./sec, presses at 0.20 in./sec and returns at 0.39 in./sec.
Movable Cylinder
The cylinder can be moved across the frame, so parts do not have to be pressed dead center.
Adjustable Table Height
The table is raised or lowered by setting its support pins in different holes in the frame.

What power does the HSP-110M-HD need?
220V, 3 phase, 60 Hz. The 7.5 HP motor draws 25 A, and the manual calls for a time-delay fuse or breaker rated slightly above the machine's full-load current.
Does it come with hydraulic oil?
No. The press ships without oil. The tank holds 25.5 gal (97 L) of HL46 hydraulic oil.
How is the working height adjusted?
The table rests on support pins; move the pins to different holes in the frame to raise or lower it.
How does it differ from the HSP-110M-1500-HD?
Both share the same 110-ton cylinder, stroke and 7.5 HP power unit. The HSP-110M-1500-HD has a 61.81 in. table instead of 42.12 in.
What is the warranty?
