The Baileigh HSP-60M-C combines a 60-ton main H-frame press and a 15-ton side press in one welded steel machine, covering heavy pressing, bending and straightening plus arbor-style work. A 5.25 HP motor on 220V three-phase power drives the hydraulics.

The main station has 41.3 in. of working width and an 11.8 in. stroke from a 7.55 in. cylinder; the side station has an 11.75 in. stroke and a 14.1875 in. x 12.56 in. table. Maximum pressure is 4,350 psi on the main ram and 2,465 psi on the side ram.

Station Selection Valve

A two-position valve sends oil to either the main or side cylinder, and each station has its own directional lever and pressure gauge.

Cam-Locked Moveable Cylinder

Two lever handles release the clamping cams so the main cylinder can slide left or right, then lock it in place for off-center work.

What power does the HSP-60M-C need?

220V, three phase, 60 Hz, with a 5.25 HP motor drawing 15A. The manual calls for a circuit protected by a time-delay fuse or breaker rated slightly above full-load current.

How do I switch between the two stations?

Push the station selection valve lever in for the main ram or pull it out for the side ram, then use that station's directional lever.

Does it ship with hydraulic oil?

No. The press ships without oil, and the tank takes about 13 gal before startup.
