The Baileigh LP-48 is a dedicated hydraulic louver press that applies 7 tons of force. It runs on a 110V, 20 A, single-phase, 60 Hz supply.
It forms louvers in mild steel up to 16 ga and aluminum up to 14 ga, and ships with 3 x 1 in. louver tooling. The stroke is 2-3/8 in., and a pressure gauge shows press force.

A plate steel structure is designed to take full press force without flexing over repeated cycles.
Piston-Style Hydraulic Pump
The press is driven by a piston-style hydraulic pump feeding a 2 in. bore cylinder for controlled pressing.
