The MDC-550 is a 5 HP dry dust collector for metal grinding, deburring and polishing stations. It moves 3583 CFM at its 10 in. inlet and runs on 230V, 3-phase, 60Hz power with a 14A full load rating.
An included adaptor splits the 10 in. inlet into two 5 in. ports, each rated at 1487 CFM and 10,889 FPM. Two 5-micron fireproof paper filters capture 84.3% of 1-3 micron particles and 95.4% of 3-10 micron particles.
One Collector, Two Stations
The 10 in. to dual 5 in. adaptor lets a single unit serve two machines at once.
Key Switch Control
The on/off switch uses a removable safety key, and dust collects in a 126 L fireproof bag above a steel chip drawer.

What power does the MDC-550 need?
230V, 3 phase, 60Hz. Full load is 14A, and the manual recommends a dedicated circuit with a 30A breaker or time-delay fuse. For 460V service, see the MDC-550H.
Can it serve two machines?
Yes. The included inlet adaptor converts the 10 in. inlet into two 5 in. ports, each rated at 1487 CFM.
How fine is the filtration?

Is hose included?
