The Baileigh MSS-14F is a foot-pedal shrinker stretcher with a plate steel frame and a 7 in. throat. It is rated for 14 ga. mild steel (based on 60,000 PSI tensile strength) and 12 ga. aluminum.
The pedal clamps the jaws, and shop air at 80-120 psi opens them and returns the ram when the pedal is released. A stand is included, and it ships at 300 lb.
Magnetic Jaws
Four magnetically held jaws come with the machine. Serrated pads shrink and square pads stretch, so you can change between the two quickly.
Jaw Gap Adjustment
A top adjustment wheel sets the gap between the jaws.

It needs no electrical power, but it does need a shop air supply at 80-120 psi. The foot pedal clamps the jaws, and air pressure opens them again when the pedal is released.
