Baileigh R-M55 Variable-Speed Roll Bender, 2-Inch Sch. 40 Pipe, 2-3/4-Inch Tube, 220V 1Ph
The R-M55 is a three-roll bender for rolling pipe, tube, bar and angle into rings and arcs. It handles 2 in. schedule 40 pipe and 2-3/4 in. round tube, driven by a 1.5 HP 220V single-phase variable-speed motor.
Two lower rolls are driven while the top roll is lowered by hand with a ratchet handle. Flat bar up to 4 in. x 1/2 in. rolls the easy way, and all capacities are rated on 60,000 PSI mild steel.
Vertical or Horizontal
The manual covers setting the machine in either position: vertical for smaller work, horizontal for large rings.
Repeatable Bends
A calibrated scale shows the top roll position, so the setting from a good test piece can be matched on the next part.
