Baileigh R-M7 Manual Radius Roll Bender, 1-1/2-Inch Pipe and 2-Inch Round Tube Capacity
The Baileigh R-M7 is a hand-cranked radius roll bender for forming tube, pipe, rectangle and flat bar into large radii. It handles 1-1/2 in. pipe down to a 20 in. radius and 2 in. round tube down to a 60 in. radius.
It is a single-pinch machine with one drive roll over two lower rolls whose shaft spacing can be adjusted. A rotary handle raises and lowers the drive roll, and the base bolts to a workbench through four mounting holes. It ships at 85 lb.
Smooth Hand Crank
The crank handle fits the square end of the drive roll shaft, and the shafts run on ball bearings.
Quick Roll Changes
The drive roll and lower rolls change over on a shaft and key design, with optional pipe, round tube and square tube roll sets.

No. It is a manual machine turned with a crank handle.
What tooling comes with it?
Baileigh includes a set of 1-1/2 in. OD round tube dies. Pipe, round tube and square tube roll sets in other sizes are sold separately.
How is it mounted?
The base has four holes for bolting it to a workbench; the manual recommends bolting through the bench.
What is the tightest radius it can roll?
Rectangle and flat bar go down to a 10 in. radius, pipe to 20 in. and 2 in. round tube to 60 in.
