The RDB-100 is a hand-operated rotary draw bender for tube and pipe work without an electrical supply. It bends 1-3/4 in. OD x .083 in. wall mild steel tube, 2 in. OD x .125 in. wall aluminum tube and 1 in. Schedule 40 mild steel pipe.
Centerline radius runs from 1/2 in. to 10-1/2 in. with a 1/4 in. minimum OD, and the machine ships at 290 lb.
Ratcheting Pull Handle
Each pull advances the ratchet wheel, with a click roughly every 7 degrees, and the bend angle is read from the degree pointer.
Quick-Release Counter Die
The counter die is held by a hitch pin on a quick-release so finished parts can be removed quickly.

Does the RDB-100 need electricity?
No. It is a manual bender powered by the operator through a ratcheting pull handle.
What is its pipe and tube capacity?
1 in. Schedule 40 mild steel pipe, 3/4 in. Schedule 40 stainless pipe, 1-3/4 in. OD x .083 in. mild steel tube, 2 in. OD x .125 in. aluminum tube, and 1-1/2 in. OD x .083 in. stainless or chromoly tube.
Can it bend past 180 degrees?
The manual says it can, but bends past 180 degrees need special tooling so the finished part can be removed from the die. Ask us and we will check your application.
Are dies included?
Dies are not listed among the items shipped with the machine. A bend die and counter die matched to the material size are needed for each job.
What is the warranty?
