The RDB-125 is a hydraulic rotary draw bender that runs on 110V single-phase power, so it works in shops without 220V service. It bends 2.5 in. OD x .125 in. wall mild steel tube and 2 in. Schedule 40 mild steel pipe, with centerline radii from 0.5 in. to 10.5 in.
A 2 HP hydraulic power unit drives the bend. The machine can bend past 180 degrees; going beyond 200 degrees needs special tooling, per the manual.
Anti-Springback System
Baileigh fits an anti-springback system to help hold bend accuracy from one cycle to the next.
Quick-Release Counter Die
The quick-release counter die and a large degree indicator make setup and loading faster.
