Baileigh RDB-350-TS Programmable Rotary Draw Tube Bender, 2.5 in. Sch 40 Pipe, 24 in. Max CLR, 220V 3Ph
The RDB-350-TS is a programmable rotary draw bender built for production tube and pipe work. It bends up to 2.5 in. Schedule 40 mild steel pipe and 3 in. OD mild steel round tube, with centerline radii from 0.5 in. to 24 in., driven by a 5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power.
The touchscreen controller stores 170 programs of up to 10 bends each and turns 320 degrees so it can be reached from any side of the machine. Foot pedals run the bend clockwise or counterclockwise, and the machine reaches 180 degrees in as little as 16 seconds.
Programmed Bend Settings
Operators set the bend angle, material springback and bend speed in each program for consistent repeat parts.
Quick-Release Counter Die
The quick-release counter die system speeds up loading and unloading between parts.

What power does the RDB-350-TS need?
220V AC, 30 A, three phase, 60 Hz. The manual also lists a 460V AC, 15 A, three-phase, 50 Hz alternate. An electrician should fit the correct plug.
What is the largest pipe and tube it bends?
2.5 in. Schedule 40 mild steel pipe and 3 in. OD mild steel round tube. Aluminum round tube goes up to 3.5 in. OD x .250 in. wall.
Are die sets included?
Die sets are not listed as included with the machine. They must match the material being bent and are ordered separately.
