The Baileigh SH-12010 is a hydraulic sheet metal shear with a 120 in. (10 ft) maximum shear length. It cuts up to 10 ga. mild steel or 13 ga. stainless steel and runs a 7.5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power.
It cycles at 20 strokes per minute and handles material down to 24 ga. The back gauge length is 24 in., the front material support extends to 21-5/8 in., the blade angle is 2 degrees, and the hydraulic system holds 20 gal.
Three Operating Modes
A three-position selector sets single, inch or auto operation from the foot pedal.
Multi-Edge Blades
The upper blade has two usable edges and the lower blade has four, both in high carbon, high chrome alloy tool steel.

What power does the SH-12010 need?
220V, three phase, 60Hz. The 7.5 HP motor draws 27.5 amps. The customer supplies the power cord, and the manual calls for a time-delay fuse or breaker.
What is the cutting capacity?
Up to 10 ga. mild steel or 13 ga. stainless steel over the full 120 in. length, down to 24 ga.
What is included?
The back gauge with its mounting hardware, the foot pedal pedestal with E-stop and a toolbox with a grease gun, wrenches, screwdriver, hex keys and touch-up paint.
What is the warranty?
1 year from Baileigh. Hydraulic components carry their manufacturer's warranty, and included die sets, tooling and blades are covered for 45 days.
