The SN-F09-MS is a hydraulic corner notcher that cuts fixed 90-degree notches in sheet metal. It is rated for 9 ga. (0.1495 in.) mild steel and 13 ga. (0.0937 in.) stainless steel, with a maximum notch of 7-3/4 x 7-3/4 in.
A 3 HP motor drives the hydraulic system on 220V, 60 Hz, three-phase power. The machine is rated at 50 strokes per minute and has a 27 x 23.5 in. work table.
Foot Pedal Operation
The notching cycle is started from a foot pedal, so the operator can hold and guide the sheet with both hands.
Resharpenable Blades
Baileigh states the 7-3/4 in. blades can be resharpened, and blade gap is set manually for the material.

The manual lists 220V, 60 Hz, three-phase power for the 3 HP motor. Have the machine wired by a qualified electrician to a properly grounded supply.
How thick a sheet can it notch?
Up to 9 ga. (0.1495 in.) mild steel or 13 ga. (0.0937 in.) stainless steel, with a maximum notch of 7-3/4 x 7-3/4 in. at a fixed 90 degrees.
What hydraulic oil does it use?
The manual calls for about 20 liters of hydraulic oil, filled to about 4/5 of the oil indicator: MOBILE-25, AGIP-46, SHELL-46, ESSO-46 or TOTAL-46, or an equivalent.
