Baileigh SN-F16-HN Hand-Operated Corner Notcher, 16 Ga. Mild Steel, 6 x 6 in. Notch
The SN-F16-HN is a stand-mounted corner notcher worked by a hand lever, with no power required. It cuts 90-degree notches up to 6 x 6 in. in mild steel up to 16 gauge.
It produces 4 tons of shearing force over a 3/4 in. stroke and handles stainless steel up to 20 gauge. An 18 x 12 in. table carries two angle gauges and two rules for locating each notch.
Notch Corners or Edges
The table gauges let you place a notch at a corner or at any point along the edge of the sheet.
Long-Life Blades
The upper blade is reversible, and each lower blade has four cutting edges and can be resharpened on a surface grinder.
