The SN-V04-MS is a hydraulic sheet metal notcher with a blade angle that adjusts anywhere from 30 to 140 degrees. It notches mild steel up to 6 mm (0.237 in.) and cuts notches as large as 8-1/2 x 8-1/2 in.
A 4 HP motor drives the hydraulics on 220V, three-phase power. It is rated at 15 strokes per minute, works on a 27 x 23.5 in. table, and uses manual blade gap adjustment.
Handwheel Angle Adjustment
The notch angle is set by handwheel, and the table carries guides and miter blocks for positioning the sheet.
Blade Choice Sets Thickness
The manual rates 6 mm cutting with the 30-degree blade and 3 mm with the 15-degree blade.

What power does the SN-V04-MS need?
220V, three-phase. The manual calls for a UL/CSA listed 3-pole, 4-wire grounding plug or hard-wiring through a disconnect, installed by a qualified electrician.
What angles can it notch?
Any angle from 30 to 140 degrees, set by handwheel.
How thick can it cut?
Up to 6 mm (0.237 in.) mild steel with the 30-degree blade, or 3 mm with the 15-degree blade. Cutting stainless steel at 2 mm requires special-made blades.
What hydraulic oil does it use?
The manual lists MOBILE-25, AGIP-46, SHELL-46, ESSO-46 or TOTAL-46, or an equivalent hydraulic oil. Fill the reservoir to about 4/5 on the indicator before first use.
What is the warranty?
1 year (Baileigh); hydraulic components carry their manufacturer's warranty; included die sets, tooling and blades 45 days.
