Baileigh SW-22M-P Manual Ironworker with Punch, 4 x 5/16 In. Flat Bar, 9 Punch Sets

The SW-22M-P combines Baileigh's SW-22M manual shear and HP-160 manual sheet metal punch in one machine, so a shop can shear and punch without any electrical hookup. The shear cuts flat bar up to 4 x 5/16 in. and angle up to 2.36 x 2.36 x 1/4 in.

Round bar capacity is 5/8 in., square bar is 0.787 in. and plate up to 1/4 in. The punch station makes holes in mild steel up to 0.137 in. thick, and Baileigh includes 9 punch and die sets from 1/8 in. to 5/8 in.

Shear and Punch in One Machine

Both tools are built into a single unit with overall dimensions of 43.3 x 14 x 36.6 in.

Two Leverage Positions

The supporting shaft fits either of two holes in the connecting plate, so the operator can choose the leverage needed for the material being sheared.
